  • Is your company licensed and insured (bonded)?
Companies are not licensed to perform pest control in
North Carolina, Our state requires a person to be licensed not a company, Our owner Sam Smith is Licensed by the NCDA Structural Pest Control Division. Our technicians are also Licensed, Certified, Registered and Trained professionals. We are also fully insured (bonded)

  • What are my payment options?
You may make payment with cash, checks, money orders, or credit card. We also offer online bill pay with a credit card.
  • What happens if I forget and appointment, my gate is locked, or if the technician can't get into the backyard?
Don't worry, if you miss your appointment our technician will still treat all excessible areas for you. He will also leave you a note stating the reason the untreated areas were not serviced. If you would like those areas serviced, feel free to give us a call at any time, and we will get someone right out to you at a time that is mutually convenient at no additional charge. (Full service fees still apply however even if you decide not to have those areas treated.)
  • Will I be pre-notified at the time of service?
Yes. A secretary will call you to arrange the best possible time for you to allow us entrance to your property. This may not apply if you are on an outside only service program and have not specified that we call first.
  • Will I have the same technician every time?
With exception to the Initial service, and possibly during our very busy months during the summer, you will be assigned one technician. By having one specific technician, it will allow him to become familiar with your property and pest problems. All of our Technicians have had back ground checks and we have a drug free work place policy.
  • Can you still service when it is raining?
This depends on the amount of rain running off of the property. We have various treatments that can be used even in very wet environments. The technician is familiar with each of these, and will determine at the time of service whether or not doing a treatment would be appropriate.
  • What are the latest and earliest appointments available?
As a rule the earliest appointment is generally 8:00 a.m. And the latest appointment is between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m. We also have atleast one technician on call on weekends.
  • What days of the week does my technician do services?
Services are normally rendered from Monday to Friday, however we do offer weekend services if needed.
  • Why is it better to sign a 1- year agreement?
It has been proven that the most effective results are achieved through constant maintenance of the problem. By having the on-going service, we can effectively treat each of the pests during their different activity cycles. We are confident that after your first on-going service plan, you will be very satisfied with the results obtained, and we invite you to continue the service and maintain a pest-free environment.
